Five ways to work together. One of them comes first.

Every engagement starts with the audit, because nothing after it can be scoped or priced honestly until somebody has counted the hours.

What comes after depends on what the counting finds.

Some businesses need one build and then nothing for a year. Some need a day with the whole team before anyone touches a tool. A few want somebody in the room every month. The audit is what tells us which one you are, and it is the only part of this I will sell you before I have seen your week.

Why most of this goes nowhere

Most AI projects chase tools. Almost none of them start by counting hours.

A business buys a licence, somebody builds something clever, and six months later nobody can say what actually changed. The tool usually worked fine. The trouble is that no one wrote down where the week was going beforehand, so there was never anything to compare it against.

So the first thing I do is the boring part. I sit with the people doing the work, and we count.

The five

Each one assumes the one above it has already happened.

  1. 01

    Audit and roadmapstart here

I count where your team's week actually goes, then say plainly what is worth handing over and what is not. You leave with a roadmap somebody else could build from.

  2. 02

    Workshop

A full day with your team. The morning is how it works, the afternoon is them building it. £350 a head.

  3. 03

    Build and integrate

The work the audit said was worth doing, running inside the systems you already pay for.

  4. 04

    Training and adoption

A build nobody is using by March was an expense, not a build. This is the part everyone skips.

  5. 05

    Consulting

A standing arrangement, for owners who would rather have somebody in the room than a report in the inbox.

You can stop after any of them. Plenty of businesses take the roadmap and build it themselves.

How you will know it worked

A saved hour only counts once somebody has decided what it is for.

Plenty of companies will tell you they saved three hundred hours a month and then show you accounts that look exactly the same. The hours were real enough. Nobody decided in advance what they were for, so they quietly got absorbed.

Three ways a business actually moves.

We agree which one we are aiming at before anything gets built.

Revenue upThe freed time goes into work that brings money in. Selling, following up, quoting faster than the next firm.
Cost downThe same output without the next hire, or the overtime you are paying now to keep up.
Risk downFewer things only one person knows how to do, and fewer places a number gets typed in wrong.

Which is why the audit measures your week before we change it. Without that number, everything claimed afterwards is just a feeling.

Start with the audit.

A structured look at where your week actually goes, and which of it is worth handing over. You leave knowing what is worth automating, what is not, and roughly what each one gives back.
